Standard in Choosing a Partner resulting regret, failure or happiness?

Women like shopping a lot, looking for things they want to buy. Buying things pleasant to their eyes. They even like to go to the market  to buy their stuff and needs rather than man. But most woman prepared list on things they needed. They wanted to put it into places. Don't want to mess around and forgot things they needed to buy. Just like listing likes, dislikes or standard to a man of their choice. Man is like a dress or shirt in the department store waiting to be fitted by a woman. Too many choices like banded collared shirts, polo shirts,  formal shirts, blouses, tube, dresses and others with different colors and style on it. Sometimes too confuse in what to buy.  We think many times and comparing which fitted the most. Comparing the price, the color, even checking how it attracts other individual. Taking other opinion just to decide which is really the best. Opinion of others is a factor to decide. After deciding and we have it are we really satisfied? Sometimes yes and most of the time were not.I watched the movie entitled "This Means War". I'm amazed to what I've heard. The lady said you don't need to choose the better man but what you are going to do is to choose a man that makes you a better woman. Not just dress that is fitted to you. But a dress or shirt that brings out the best in you upon wearing it. Plus answering the question what makes us really satisfied and contented in choosing this or a partner.  Is this makes you happy? Without satisfaction our relationship will not grow resulting to failure and regrets. After buying the dress are you happy? After choosing your partner are you really happy? Hard decision that's why need tougher decision. Spending the rest of your life with your partner no return no exchange, it can be fulfilling or disastrous experience but need to pick someone who brings the best out of you.

In my own experience I have listed  standard in choosing a partner. Not just standard but I might say super over standard resulting regrets. Super over standard that I degrade a man. Degrading to the point I judge him based on physical appearance, ability and knowledge. Not remembering a man is wonderfully and fearfully made by God. I just hope that I've seen him before and check him out, checking what is the real truth within my heart that makes me satisfied so that I don't experience failure in choosing a partner. In my past experience I don't really know what I want to a man. It's now clear to me, what does I need to a man that will makes me happy and satisfied. Not just what minds think but what the heart beats. It should be balance. Once in my life  I regret. If I could rewind my life I should not lose my special friend. In my own opinion standard makes you satisfied but being over standard is wrong. Too far from reality. 

I red articles saying that satisfaction is the best key in choosing a partner. It must be clear in our mind ladies.  I just wanna show you this scripture Genesis 2: 18 And the Lord God said, It is not good  that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. The Lord God really knows what a man need - a woman. Genesis 2: 21-24 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon  Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof ; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh, she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh

 The bible told us on how to choose a partner in life. There is a standard but it will makes you happy and blessed if we choose to obey Him. But if we choose our own standard it will result failure and regret. 2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? Also in Genesis 24: 3  I want you to swear by the LORD, the God of heaven and the God of earth, that you will not get a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I am living. 

Maybe most of your friend, relatives told you this one is okay or that, don't put standard but its yours to decide just be wise. It's good to listen but then good analysis and prayer without ceasing will makes you choose the right person. Bible standard means the same faith as yours it's included. How about Physical features? 1 Samuel 16:7 But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."  Don't look the outside appearance but look on his heart if he/she have a big heart that truly loves. 

In conclusion standard is not really bad as long as you don't over judge. We will regret if we choose our own standard including looks, ability, capability of a man rather than choosing God standard.

The Power of Prayer

Christian are followers of Christ.  When we received Him as our Lord and Personal Savior we have the power like Jesus. But the question is that why most Christians are weak. The answer is that Christian really don't know their capability. Their power as son and daughters of God. The christian's power of attorney that we inherit the kingdom of God. In our time  some are powerful and most are not. I would like to believe that  30% of the christian are powerful and 70% are the weakest link or more.
When we received Jesus we are more than conqueror the devil is under our feet. But as time goes by we've been defeated by our enemy. Not one time, 2 times but many times. Why? Because we lack on foundation and that is the foundation to become a prayerful christian. Prayer is the basic requirement to become a powerful Christian. The body of a man can't stand without backbone. In this case he will be dead or the church will be dead.  And so the christian can't fight the enemy or the wiles of the devil without prayer. It's impossible to stand in the battle without the whole armor otherwise you will be destroyed or killed. And this is happening to most Christians. We believed we're christian but neglecting our duty to kneel and pray to our God.  We can see this picture in our own churches. Too many people in music team supporting worship team and other department or activities in the church but in times of prayer only few supported.  Prayer department is like a girl that lacks appeal but if we will check this out, prayer is the most powerful weapon against evil. Being prayerful is the most appealing to God and  so  the devil don't want christian to pray to their God. Why? Devil knows they will be attacked by the prayerful Christians. Devil knows if Christian will be prayerful they can't touch the warrior of God. Doing the will of God for them is a bomb. Christians absolutely wreck  and  hinder  there plans that's why the devil do things that will make Christians  out of focus. They used technology like internet games and chatting. They used money, family, our body  or any circumstances so that we can't focus in praying.  The result is being weak. I just wanna share the meaning of prayer in my life.

A - RMOR ( Through Prayer we have armor that can fight
Y - EARN  (Through Prayer we have earnest desire to follow HIM
E - MPOWERED ( Through Prayer all weakness we have we will be empowered by God
R - EWARD ( Through Prayer he really answered  and give us the reward for whatever we ask in prayer believing Ye will received it


Now I'm studying to pray. I'm making it a habit. I want to be a powerful Christian.

Is it Hard to Say I love You Dad?

A father even too mean or too bad he is still our father . We can't deny the facts. Still he is God's gift to his children .  When I was a little child I indeed hated my Dad. I never loved my Dad because of what he has  done to us. I prayed that my father will go to hell. But  when God spoke to him when I was 12 years old, the Lord makes me feel I need to loved my Dad in any aspect of his life . Truly my dad served the Lord and commit to the ministry. He surrendered his life to Jesus. From that time, from glory to glory my father have change.  God also change my heart not to hate my father but to love, respect, obey and honor him. It's too hard to love a father who is really mean, but to God who is really a loving father nothing is impossible. He who can change everything even the hardest heart of a man he surely can.

 Having a hard time loving your Dad? The key to this is Forgiveness. Forgive your father to all he have done. Give him a chance to change.  Proving to you that he is still your father. In this case our Father who is in heaven will be glorify, grateful and delight  seeing his children loving their  father and I know at the right time we will be blessed by God for doing this. We only have one father don't waste the time not loving him because may be its our last chance to say to him that we loved and surely care for him. I love you 'Tatay'. Thanks for everything. Ingredients of Divine Love

What is the meaning of Love? The dictionary told us that the meaning of Love is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for one another. This is really true. But what is the true meaning of Love in a divine way? We single sometimes we base our love through our emotions alone but it is not a divine way. If we get old 27  years old up we are in hurry that most of the time we fall. But we need to learn the 9 ingredients of Love.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

New International Version (NIV)

⁴ Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. ⁵ It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. ⁶ Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. ⁷ It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Divine love is different and if I will define it in my own way of defining love,  i will say

L  - iving in partnership with God
O - verwhelming joy and satisfaction
V - ictory over flesh
E - verlasting Commitment

This is love for me.

We have 9 Ingredients of divine love the first one is Patience - love passive not in a hurry. We need time to know our suitor or guy that we want to pray, develop friend first before jumping to anything else. Second kindness love in action never acts rashly and not consistent. Ouch I'm not consistent either but the Lord is always teaching me to be consistent. Third One Generosity - don't love in competition. Never jealous not envious 

Being Born Again is not a Religion but a relationship to God

What is Born Again? From Merriam Dictionary Born Again means  a  person who has made a renewed or confirmed commitment of faith. Born Again for me is a spiritual rebirth accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior for their salvation. Many people think that Born Again is another religion but they are totally wrong, its a deeper relationship to God. Being Born Again is a must to every individual. The Bible says in John 3:3 KJV Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.  All of us needs to be born again that's a requirement to enter the kingdom of God. Why need to be Born Again? For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. Rom 3:23,  KJV As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:   Romans 3:10 KJV. All of us have sinned against God and no one found by God to be righteous on His sight. All of us are sinners and we can't make it to go to heaven unless were born again.

When Adam and Eve was made by God and put it in the garden of Eden the Lord told them don't eat that tree. The tree of good and evil because they will surely die. The serpent tempts Eve saying is it true that if you ate that tree you will die. Eve said yes the Lord told us but the Serpent said no but you will be like gods knowing good and evil. Then Eve ate it and gave Adam also but did they die? Yes and No for an answer. Physically no, they don't die. Spiritually  yes they died their relationship to God have lost. That's why Jesus came to the rescued that if anyone believes in him should not die but have everlasting life. John 3:16 KJV. Spiritually their relationship to God died. Spirit must be born again to have a deeper relationship to God.

My Godly Mother

I'm very proud I have a godly mother. She is a mother who have strong faith and a faithful servant of the Lord. Serving God with all her strength, power and might. She loved us very much. She always took care of us. She never stop doing the best for me and too my brother. She is a good wife to my father. You know what I always prayed to God that I don't want my Mom to died physically because I don't know if I can pass these trials. I prayed to God if it is possible that she will never experience physical death but she will be caught up together with us when Jesus came back to earth. That's my prayer. I hope that if I will have my own family I will heir the beauty of the heart of my mother.

I loved her so much and I praise God for giving me a special gift that I could cherish as long as I live. No matter I help and support my Mom financially its not worth it cause my Mom gave me so much that I could thank for. I'm blessed by God to have a wonderful "Nanay" my Mom and if I died and the Lord told me I need to go back to the earth but need to be born. Born like a baby and I was given a chance to choose a Mom I will definitely choose my one and only Mom my "Nanay". I will not change my Mom.

My Testimony

I received Jesus Christ as my personal Savior when I was 10 years old. My mom who is my mother in faith brought me to the church for Sunday School . I was 8 when I started going to the church. I really don't understand why I'm doing this but I felt real happiness. I always wore a smile but when I'm home sadness came. I'm so afraid to my Dad. When I was born I had too many sicknesses. I'm a weak baby. I was born with a mango on my head. Not a real mango but a shape like a mango because they said my mom does not ate the mango she wanted when she is craving for it or have a morning sickness on her first month of pregnancy that's why I have it. Second I have skin diseases, fever high and low. Mom and me  went to the Doctor every week but not completely cured and because where poor and my Mom don't have enough money she went to many places just to healed me. Went to mountains, kiss many images and wipe their feet and wipe it to me hoping I will be healed. She even go to quack doctor but failed. Lastly she sold me for 1 Peso and if someone bought me I will be healed they say. All these thing she made it for me. Hard works, tediousness, hoping and believing  but all these things failed. My Mom is really upset finding cure for me. But what about my Dad? At that time my Dad is a demon for me. Sorry for saying this. But that time he is not my Dad. A father will love, take care and give the needs of his children and his only wife but not my Dad. My Dad is too selfish, he never cared for me, to my brother and to my Mom. He is arrogant, useless, impotent and many things. He has another girl plus he is absolute alcoholic, smoker, gambler and a drug user. Our life is a mess. He even beat me when i was a little child even my brother, and slap my mom for many times. He also tried to impaled my Mom. We're so afraid to my Dad but all these things we went trough GOD is not sleeping he heard our cries. My Mom is to patient she want her family to be whole even she is really tired and losing hope. One night she went to a house drunk knowing their is a Bible Study and say can I be here even I'm drunk. Can the Lord hear me? She attend Bible Study for a reason and that is to relieve her load, just to made her asleep. How is this possible can God will open the heart of my Mom even she is under influence of alcohol? We'll I'm sure God knows what to do. Impossible to man is possible to God. From then on my Mom always went to the Bible Study. She received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and continue to pray for me to be healed and also to my Dad. The group pray for my Dad and my mom send him tracks every week but my Dad told here she was insane.  He  told her why she's doing this, well the Lord is doing things. I accepted Jesus and then their is a miracle I'm healed with my diseases. Maybe its not instant cause I need to went to the Doctor for some medicine but I am healed physically. I'm surely healed physically but not emotionally me and my brother hate my Dad very well. I told God my Dad can't be saved he can go to the lake of fire but the Lord ways is different 2 years after I received Jesus Christ my Dad received Jesus and repent. He also ask for our forgiveness and in that moment there is a release in my heart. I need to forgive my Dad after all I can't change a Dad. Now we're serving God for almost 20 years praising Him for everything he have done for us. He is God who can healed every aspect of our lives. I thanks God I have a Mom and Dad who served the One and Only true God.
